The 5th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2018) was held on 28-29 November, 2018 in Moscow, Russia. The aim of ICELAIC 2018 is to provide a common platform for educators, scholars, and students with different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss researches, developments and innovations in the fields of Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication.
The Conference is jointly organized by Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture, Russia; International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (ISCCAC), Russia; Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts, Russia; Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Russia; Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference Planning Co., Ltd, China.
The Conference has received 278 manuscripts, and 170 submissions have been accepted by our reviewers. All papers included in this collection have undergone careful peer-review by three experts before being selected for publication.
We would like to thank the organization staff, the members of the program committees and reviewers. They have worked very hard in reviewing papers and making valuable suggestions for the authors to improve their work.
