- Abstract
At present, gender differences lead to a serious imbalance in choosing employees for some positions. Pre-service education is a kind of important education, which plays a very decisive role in the future development of teachers. At present, disorder phenomenon of gender equality education appears, and it is necessary to formulate solutions. This article starts from the ideology of gender equality, explores the problems arising from pre-service teacher education system and thus puts forward countermeasures so as to provide certain references for the build of pre-service teachers system on the basis of the concept of social gender equality.
