- Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the difficult problems and supply solutions of the professional manager system of state-owned enterprises. As the result of the study, the problems in the professional manager system of state-owned enterprises are shown as follows: First, the corporate governance mechanism has not yet achieved efficient operation. Second, the realization form of the principle of party management needs innovation. Third, the market exit problem has not been effectively resolved. Forth, marketization of salary distribution and incentives is not sufficient. Fifth, the professional manager market is not yet mature. The construction of professional manager system should adopt the method of classified introduction, promote the combination of party management and professional manager system, strengthen contract management and risk management, improve market exit, and strengthen corporate culture construction.
