Abstract

The main task of higher vocational education is to train the high-skilled talent persons for the enterprise, and not only to assist the students getting jobs. But graduatea employment rate is the most important evaluation index for a higher vocational college in China. This has caused that practice courses are too much, but not very effective. Even some helpful general courses are cancelled, and the correlative theories including production process analysis are weakened. The writer presented steps and countermeasures through probing into the primary issue of improvement of the educational quality.
