Abstract

Customer loyalty formation and maintenance problems that have been a focus of marketing theory and business circles concerned, especially with the market competition is becoming increasingly intensified competition over costs and customers improve the situation even more so. The rapid development of network technology, network marketing in the enterprise applications quickly to customers and maintain loyalty formation provides a new topic.
