- Abstract
All articles in this proceedings volume were presented at the 11th International Conference on Educational Reform (ICER2025), held on 7 June 2025 at Mahasarakham University. The conference focused on the theme “Quality Education: A Local to Global Approach.” All submissions were peer-reviewed by the ICER2025 Committee, members of the co-host institutions, invited experts, and selected academics. The final versions were approved by the Editor-in-Chief, who affirms that this document is a truthful description of the conference’s review process.
