The generation of voice behavior can promote the creation of individual innovative behavior. In the background of Chinese culture, this process will be influenced by authoritarian leadership and benevolent leadership. Authoritarian leaders play a negative regulatory role in the process of voice behavior influencing innovative behavior, while benevolent leadership plays a positive regulatory role.
