Abstract

Targeted poverty alleviation has been implemented for nearly five years, but in the process of implementing the policy, different problems have also appeared in various places. In the process of implementing targeted poverty alleviation, the L County of S Province exposed problems such as incomplete policy publicity, ineffective effects, weak self-development of poor households, and imperfect mechanisms. Therefore, accurate poverty alleviation must be based on accurate identification, precise assistance, and precise management to form an institutional virtuous circle of policy.
