Abstract

Against the background of the development of patent information service in college libraries, this paper is aimed to discuss the effective measures for libraries to carry out patent information service. Taking Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper introduces the current status of the patent information service in the college library and listes out the main issues facing the library thereby, moreover, countermeasures such as personnel training, collaborative cooperation, service contents and mode, incentive mechanism are put forward. The research achievements can provide references for the college libraries to carry out patent information service.
