This year’s conference, held virtually on 13 November 2025, carries the forward-looking theme “Building Digital Futures: AI Literacy and SDGs Education for Global Citizens.” The theme reflects our shared commitment to navigating the rapid evolution of digital transformation while strengthening the role of education in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As global societies continue to experience unprecedented technological shifts, the need for inclusive, ethical, and future-oriented education has become more urgent than ever. This conference brings together scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers from around the world to share insights, research findings, and innovative practices across diverse fields, including education, economics, business, psychology, sociology, law, technology-enhanced learning, and the emerging landscape of artificial intelligence in teaching and social science. We are honored to feature distinguished keynote speakers from Ghana, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, and Türkiye, whose expertise and perspectives enrich the discourse of this international forum. Their contributions underscore the importance of collaborative knowledge-building in addressing today’s complex educational and societal challenges. Despite being conducted virtually, the 8the ICESRE 2025 continues to foster dynamic academic exchange and global networking. Papers selected for this proceeding reflect rigorous research and meaningful contributions to their respective disciplines. It is our hope that this publication not only documents these scholarly works but also inspires further inquiry, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and sustainable educational innovations. We extend our sincere gratitude to all presenters, participants, reviewers, editors, and the organizing committee whose dedication and hard work made this conference possible. Our appreciation also goes to partner institutions and journals for supporting the publication of high-quality selected papers in accredited outlets. May these proceedings serve as a valuable resource for advancing knowledge, fostering global citizenship, and shaping a more inclusive and technologically empowered future.
