- Abstract
Employability skills are a set of knowledge, attitudes, and skills needed in the 21st-century workplace. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of a career guidance program intervention in enhancing the employability skills of vocational high school students. The present study utilized a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental research design, involving a sample of 64 high school pupils. The research sampling employs a non-probability method. This study employed non-parametric statistical tests for data analysis, namely the Mann-Whitney U test. The formulated findings demonstrate that the career counseling program intervention is statistically successful in enhancing high school students’ employability skills in all areas.
