- Abstract
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into school management is rapidly gaining attention as a transformative force in 21st-century education. However, its successful adoption depends on the availability of technology, the leadership approaches that guide the process, and the organizational readiness to embrace change. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to explore (1) the leadership models that facilitate or hinder AI integration in school management, and (2) the key dimensions of organizational readiness—technological, human resource, structural, and cultural—that influence its effectiveness. Using the PRISMA protocol, relevant peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025 will be sourced from databases including Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, and Google Scholar. The expected outcome is a conceptual framework that maps the interaction between leadership and organizational readiness in shaping AI adoption within educational institutions.
