Abstract

Innovative learning for literacy tutors is an activity to foster tutor awareness in the development of learning methods. This activity aims to describe innovative learning for literacy tutors in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The techniques used in data collection are through interviews, FGD observations and documentation. The tools used in data collection include: interview guidelines, observation guidelines and documentation guidelines. The results of the activities show that innovative learning models for literacy tutors include components of objectives, materials, strategies, learning steps, media, learning resources and evaluation.
