- This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of leadership style toward personnel performance; (2) The effect of work motivation toward personnel performance; and (3) The effect of leadership style and work motivation toward personnel performance. This research was conducted at the Employee Education and Training Center, Ministry of Education and Culture (Pusdiklat Pegawai Kemendikbud). The study found that: (1) leadership style has a positive influence, because value tcount 4.958, we conclude the leadership style variable influence on performance variables; (2) work motivation has a positive influence, because value tcount 2.557, we conclude work motivation variable influence on performance variables; and (3) leadership style and work motivation have a positive influence, because value Fcount 22.773, which means that the variable of leadership style and work motivation have an influence on performance variables.
