Abstract
Based on the review of the research on self-monitoring personality and the construction of social network, this paper is about the relationship and the influence mechanism of the self-monitoring personality on the inter-organizational social network, which combine the personality analysis in the psychology with the social network analysis in the sociology. Make the research on the possible Impact of CEO's personality difference on the dynamic change of the inter-organizational network to provide the reference for the enterprises to build the optimal social network.
