- Abstract
Globalization requires the state's readiness to compete with its neighbors. Free trade arises as a result of the globalization tradition which removes barriers between the two. Indonesia finally signed a free trade cooperation with Australia after 9 years of struggle. Indonesia's unpreparedness to compete head to head causes Indonesia to be prepared to face its adverse effects. Food independence programs that change direction to reduce the role of labor.
