Abstract

The development of information technology has brought great impact on traditional teaching mode. How to use information technology to combine extracurricular learning with in-class teaching is the focus of modern teaching reform. This paper takes the students of human resources management as the survey object, and conducts a survey on the reform of the teaching mode of the Organization and Work Design professional course, and summarizes and analyzes the effectiveness of the reform of the teaching mode of extracurricular learning and in-class guidance, and put forward safeguard measures of reform.
