Abstract

As an important force to promote social development, colleges shoulder the important mission of serving the society, and the organizational structure of colleges is closely related to their various capabilities. Therefore, it is of great practical significance and practical value to study the impact of organizational structure construction on social service capabilities. This paper uses the subjective and objective weighting method and the provincial panel data from 2009 to 2016 to conduct research. The study found that the ratio of college students and teachers and the number of scientific and technological activities have a significant positive impact on the talent service capacity. However, the number of science and technology activities has a negative correlation with the ability of science and technology service capacity. The funds allocated by universities are positively correlated with the ability of science and technology service capacity.
