Abstract

In order to promote the progress of society and ensure the sustained development of economy, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of public management talents, because public management talents are also the essential talent resources in the process of social development, and in the process of cultivating public management talents, the practice teaching mode can provide great help, so colleges and universities should take into account the role that practice teaching mode can play in the development of public management talents, and innovate the practice teaching mode to make use of the role that practice teaching can play to improve the quality and efficiency of public management talent training. This paper also focuses on the public colleges and universities The innovation of practical teaching mode of common management personnel training is discussed.
