Abstract

In recent years, there are some management problems, which to a certain degree have affected the sustainable and healthy development of Jilin University. The author sums up the research status and characteristic of assets management systems of Jilin University and analysis asset management organization and its functions appraisal system financial system and information management system to give the sugguestion that it is development the Operating Mechanism and the Asset management model for building a harmonious culture of assets management university.
