Abstract

As the foundation of staff demission data from 2013 to 2015 of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, through the employee quality control chart, analysis the quit reason, from internal and external for the public hospital staff. Put forward the management policies and suggestions to improve employee job satisfaction and decrease staff demission phenomenon.
