Abstract

This paper starts with the concept of voting rights collection system, introduces the status quo of legislation and practice of voting rights collection in China. On this basis, it analyzes the necessity of voting rights collection system legislation from two aspects, legislative significance and practical needs, and analyzes some specific issues involved.
