Abstract: Based on the new development stage, it is self-evident that the construction of scientific and technological talents is of great importance. Based on the requirements of the situation faced by the construction of scientific and technological talents, this paper analyzed the typical practice and experience of the construction of scientific and technological talents in advanced enterprises, and provided operational guidance and practical reference for state-owned enterprises to build a highland of scientific and technological talents.
