- Abstract
Taking the “July 20” rainstorm event in Zhengzhou, Henan Province as an example, this paper uses the social network analysis method to quantitatively analyze the emergency cooperation network in public crisis events from the perspectives of network density, point degree centrality, middle centrality, and core-edge analysis. The findings are as follows: the relationship between the organizations involved in emergency cooperation is not close; The government plays an important role in the leading position in the cooperation; Social organizations play a bridging role in emergency coordination. Finally, combined with the findings of the research, the corresponding optimization suggestions are further proposed.
