Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the predictability of traits personality towards authentic leadership madrasah principal and also to examine the relation of five factors of personality with dimensions of their authentic leadership. Participants for this study consisted of madrasah principal of madrasah aliyah at Tasikmalaya Regency. This study found that traits-personality made significant contributions to authentic leadership. More over, it was determined that two of five factors of personality,conscientiousness and openness to experience were predictors for authentic leadership dimensions of madrasah principal
