Website: https://sarvasumana.in/conference1 It is our great pleasure to present the proceedings of the International Conference on Information Systems Design and Intelligent Applications (ICISDA–2026), a premier international forum dedicated to advancing research and innovation in information systems, artificial intelligence, data science, intelligent computing, and emerging digital technologies. ICISDA–2026 brings together researchers, academicians, industry professionals, practitioners, and students from around the world to exchange ideas, present cutting-edge research, and discuss emerging trends that are shaping the future of intelligent information systems and computational technologies. The rapid evolution of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data analytics, cybersecurity, the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, quantum computing, and intelligent automation has fundamentally transformed the way information systems are designed, developed, and deployed. ICISDA–2026 was organized with the objective of creating an interdisciplinary platform that encourages collaboration between computer scientists, engineers, mathematicians, data analysts, healthcare technologists, management researchers, and industry innovators to address contemporary scientific and societal challenges through intelligent computational solutions. The conference covered a broad spectrum of research themes including Information Systems Design, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science and Big Data Analytics, Internet of Things, Cybersecurity and Privacy, Cloud and Edge Computing, Software Engineering, Human–Computer Interaction, Intelligent Networks, Computational Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Robotics, Bioinformatics, Smart Healthcare, Smart Cities, Sustainable Computing, and other interdisciplinary applications of intelligent systems. These themes reflect the growing convergence of computing technologies with real-world applications in healthcare, agriculture, education, finance, environmental monitoring, manufacturing, governance, and sustainable development. ICISDA–2026 featured an engaging scientific program comprising keynote addresses delivered by internationally recognized experts, invited lectures from distinguished researchers, technical paper presentations, poster sessions, workshops, and panel discussions. These sessions provided opportunities for participants to share innovative methodologies, discuss practical implementations, and establish collaborative research networks across academic institutions, research laboratories, industries, and governmental organizations. The conference received an enthusiastic response from researchers representing universities, research institutes, and industrial organizations from India and several other countries. The submitted manuscripts reflected a diverse range of theoretical advances, computational models, experimental studies, and application-oriented research. To ensure the highest standards of academic quality, every manuscript submitted to ICISDA–2026 underwent a rigorous peer-review process conducted by experts in the respective domains. Each paper was evaluated on the basis of originality, technical soundness, methodological rigor, significance of contribution, relevance to the conference themes, clarity of presentation, and adherence to publication ethics. Only papers that successfully satisfied the recommendations of the reviewers and the editorial committee were selected for inclusion in these proceedings. The papers published in this volume represent current advances in intelligent information systems and interdisciplinary computational research. Collectively, they highlight innovative algorithms, intelligent architectures, predictive models, optimization techniques, decision-support systems, secure computing frameworks, and AI-driven applications that contribute to solving complex real-world problems. The proceedings also demonstrate the increasing role of intelligent systems in supporting sustainable development, digital transformation, and evidence-based decision-making across multiple sectors.
