Proceedings of the 2018 International Conference on Information Technology and Management Engineering (ICITME 2018)
With much expectation, the 2018 International Conference on Information Technology and Management Engineering (ICITME2018) will be held on August 26-27, 2018 in Beijing, China. For the experts and scholars, this conference will be a professional platform for them to present their research achievements to the public and make academic exchange with other participants. Also, it will be a nice experience for them to learn the latest knowledge during session.
As the cosponsor of the conference, the Science and Engineering Research Center (SERC), Hong Kong gives a lot of support to the opening of the conference. As an international forum, ICITME 2018 offers this precious opportunity for researchers, scientists, engineers, industry practitioners and students throughout the world to share their experiences, new ideas and research results about all aspects of Information Technology and Management Engineering.
In the age of advanced science and technology, most aspects of life depend on data and information. Therefore, Information Technology and Management Engineering increasingly become hot issues in the scientific research. The long-term goal of ICITME 2018 is to establish a reputable and respectable conference for the international community of researchers and practitioners to exchange academic problems regarding Information Technology and Management Engineering, and to identify emerging research topics and define the future of the field.
Actually, we had called for papers from all over the world before the submission deadline. In order to bring better academic quality to all the participants, the conference invited many experts in the field of Information Technology and Management Engineering to review all the submissions. Before reviewing, all the information of authors had been removed for ensuring the fairness. Then, all the submitted papers were assigned to 2 or 3 experts at least to review all these papers. The experts strictly reviewed all the submissions based on criteria such as the originality, relevance, quality of format and figures, technical soundness, significance and usefulness, etc.
In the end, we received 202 papers in total. Among these papers, we accepted 49 papers for publishing. The acceptance rate is about 33.2%. This book includes all the accepted papers. According to the topics of the conference, this book is divided into the following 4 chapters:
Chapter 1: Management Science and Information Technology Application
Chapter 2: Education and Educational Technology Research
Chapter 3: Social Science and Mathematical Methods
Chapter 4: Education, Cultural and Social Issues
