Abstract

Jinan, as the capital of Shandong Province, it is the economic and cultural center and has a long history and culture. At the same time, influenced by Confucian culture and modern lifestyle, its urban residents have unique diet and leisure culture. Tableware design is not just the role of people’s dining tool but also the element of food culture, social interaction, dining situation and so on. Combining with the regional food culture, the influence of modern lifestyle and dining behavior, Jinan 80, 90 urban residents are the research object. The rethinking of tableware design has a positive effect on regional product design and good dining experience guidance.
