Abstract

For now the belt conveyor roller has short service life, high rolling resistance, heavy weight, large noise problems, leading to the roller work effect is not ideal. This paper uses the TRIZ theory for innovative design of belt conveyor roller to simplify the inner structure of the roller, and reduce the rotation resistance of the roller, so as to solve the problem of low efficiency of the belt conveyor.
