- The purpose of research is for identified the influence of physical environment, competence, verbal communication has influence on employee’s performance. at one of the government office in Jakarta. Questionnaires release randomly to 100 employees. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression. Researchers found that the physical environment, competence, verbal communication has influence on employee’s performance.
