Abstract

The concept of business process is a tool in managing corporate value chain. Business process mapping becomes essential in increasing the organization growth. Previous studies already identified the value chain in the software industry, but only develop in the level macro-process and have not mapped the business processes in detail. Macroprocess needs to disaggregate into a more detailed process to implement in the organization. Therefore, this study aims to map the business processes run in a software development company.
