Abstract

Christian counselors play an important role in the life of the congregation because they are the central figure to provide views and problems solving The experience of a Christian counselor is certainly very different from congregation’s in general, the talent possessed by a counselor becomes a differentiator that shows the significance of a counselor as a person who is helping or assisting the congregation in dealing with complex life problems.The things that a counselor must have in dealing with each individual are Sound teaching, patient and gentle. Through this, we can measure an individual life impact of congregation’s has. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in this study, namely: The understanding of Christian counselors on the life of the congregation proved significantly at 18,8%.
