Abstract

In the case of the increasingly serious urban traffic problems,ourstate had issued a relevant policy on the opening of the districtrecently.Firstly,this paper established a suitable evaluation index system and vehicle traffic CA model;and thenthrough the use of MATLAB programming, we finally proved that the district openingcan ease the pressure on the surrounding road traffic to a certain degree.
