Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an application that can analyzegovernmentpolicies systematically online. February 2021 Microsoft make survey which states that Indonesia is an uncivilized country in position 29 of 32 countries in Southeast Asia in social media, including in criticizing government policies. Since the end of 2019 there has been a pandemic Covid-19, which causes limitations on community mobility in providing aspirations and analyzing government policies. The legal basis that we use is Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration, Article 1 paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution. The research we carried out was through a field observation process, namely conducting research on the urgency of the formation of applications, then designing applications and developing applications. Government policy analysis. The subjects of our research are students in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who have PPKn study programs, researchers who collect data through the literacy study process and questionnaires or questionnaires that we give to research subjects. We found the fact that analyzing a policy is still done manually. The result of this research is to make an analysis application of a government policy. This application can be useful for the community and government agencies in making government policies.
