Abstract

The phenomenon that occurred in PT. Telkom, the knowledge management effort as intellectual capital for competitive advantage, becomes the basis for further research on the influence of motivation factors commitment, enjoy in helping others, reputations and rewards to the intention of knowledge sharing and the impact of knowledge sharing intention on knowledge sharing behavior. The sample of this research is 102 employees of PT. Telkom Telecommunication Region III West Java. Intrinsic motivation commitment, enjoyment in helping others, influences knowledge sharing intentions among employees of PT. Telkom Regional 3 West Java. While the extrinsic motivation of reputation and organization rewards do not affect the intention of knowledge sharing. The knowledge management system in Telkom has not yet formed a culture of sharing that generates reputation and formalizes the rewards in Knowledge Sharing. Intention of knowledge sharing have a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior.
