The 4th International Conference on Public Management, Digital Economy and Internet Technology (ICPDI 2025) was successfully held in an online format on September 26-28, 2025. Building upon the fruitful outcomes of its previous editions, this year's conference once again served as a vibrant platform for scholars, researchers, and industry professionals to exchange ideas and present the latest advancements at the intersection of public administration, digital economic systems, and emerging internet technologies. The conference attracted more than 100 participants, including experts from academia, government, and industry, fostering a dynamic environment for interdisciplinary dialogue. A total of 71 papers were submitted, of which 22 high-quality contributions were accepted after a rigorous peer review process, ensuring the academic excellence and diversity of the presented research.

ICPDI 2025 was honored to feature three distinguished keynote speakers whose insights illuminated the convergence between digital transformation and societal development. Prof. Thippa Reddy Gadekallu from Zhejiang A&F University (China) delivered an inspiring talk on "Industry 5.0: Enabling Technologies and Potential Applications," which explored how the fusion of human-centric innovation and intelligent automation reshapes industrial ecosystems. Assoc. Prof. Angela Lee SiewHoong from Sunway University (Malaysia) shared her vision in "AI at the Heart of Tomorrow's Health: Predictive Intelligence for a Smarter Society," emphasizing the transformative role of artificial intelligence in public health management. Prof. Shahida Sulaiman from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (Malaysia) presented "Innovating Public Learning in the Age of Artificial Intelligence and Platform Economy," offering deep reflections on how AI-driven platforms are redefining education and public service delivery. Alongside these keynote sessions, the conference included several oral presentation sessions that encouraged active academic exchange and stimulated thought-provoking discussions on both theoretical and practical perspectives.

The discussions throughout the conference reflected the wide thematic scope of ICPDI 2025, which encompassed key issues in modern public administration, digital economy, and internet technology. Topics ranged from digital transformation and open innovation in public management to applications of artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain in governance and economic analysis. Research on data privacy, intelligent management systems, network security, and smart infrastructure also featured prominently, demonstrating the increasing interdependence between governance innovation, data-driven decision-making, and technological advancement. By integrating the perspectives of management science, economics, and computer technology, ICPDI 2025 highlighted the essential role of digital intelligence in shaping sustainable and efficient public systems in the new economic era.
