Proceedings of the 2018 Second International Conference of Sensor Network and Computer Engineering (ICSNCE 2018)
The 2nd International Conference on Sensor Network and Computer Engineering (ICSNCE 2018) has been held at Xi’an Jiaoda NanYang Hotel during April 27-29, 2018, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China. Xi’an is located in China’s central region, it is recognized as one of the most important cities in China with Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses. The conference venue is at Xi’an Jiaotong University, nearby the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and its premises is facing the old building, donating to the conference a touch of fascination and a thick cultural background.
This is the second occurrence of ICSNCE and it will be a series conference, which will be held annually. This conference is a high level international forum for scholars to share views and experiences in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Networks, and other related areas, to disseminate information in innovative ideas, excellent designs, experiences and skills. For this conference, there are 128 manuscripts were submitted, and 48 papers were accepted, the acceptance rate is about 37.5%, all the different topics would be represented.
To ensure the quality of the conference, all submitted manuscripts was reviewed by the program committee first and then send to the related experts. All reviewers are associate professors or above, and they are all related professional experts. After two rounds of double-blind reviews for each paper, 48 papers were accepted for publication.
This conference is sponsored by Xi'an Technological University and the State and Provincial Joint Engineering Laboratory of Advanced Network and Monitoring Control, China. On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to express our thanks to the keynote speaker, the conference invited three keynote speakers on computer science, computer engineering and networks to state their innovative ideas and research results. The three experts will give excellent speech to the conference, one of them is from Singapore and one from the USA, the president of Xi’an Technological University will give an excellent speech.
The local organizing committee has been playing a fundamental role in the conference preparation, each of our members gave an outstanding contribution. A particular acknowledgement should be given to Prof. Wang Zhongsheng (China) and Prof. George Yang (USA), who covered different roles at the same time, identified the best solution for many of the problems occurring before and during the conference.
We sincerely thanks to all the authors for preparing and submitting their papers to the conference, it is their dedication that makes this event a reality. Finally, the smooth publication would not be possible without the timely support and assistance from the Atlantis Press, particularly from Debora Woinke, the Junior Publisher. Her contribution to the conference of the proceedings is gratefully recognized.
