Abstract

This research discusses the problem of the urgency of legal education by universities for local bestuurs organs. This study describes the current condition of local governments in relation to the rise of legal cases and administrative violations by local governments. This research is normative, with qualitative methods and literature studies, as well as assisted by data obtained from empirical research results which are then synergized with the principles of law enforcement and the development of nationalism-based human resources.
