Abstract

Endurance can be trained by low or small load, with a lot of frequency and in a long duration of time. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of circuit training to increase vo2 max for futsal player of RedFox club in Malang City after given treatment. The research used was quasi experiment with control group pretest design, posttest design. Sampling method is using matching sampling, then sample is all of the population. Based on the results of data analysis tcount of 5,579> ttable = 2,178 by significant level α = 0,05 means significant.
