Abstract

This study analyzes the structure and content of the psychological contract of hotel employees. This study Uses the empirical research through the questionnaire survey and analyzes the collected data using factor analysis method. The study found that there is a four-dimensional structure in the content of psychological contract of hotel employees. Furthermore, the study found different perceptual intensity on different dimensions of psychological contract through comparing each factor in sample demographic structure.
