Website: https://icsssm.com/ It is with great pleasure and a deep sense of academic fulfilment that we present Volume II of the Proceedings of the International Conference on Smart Systems and Social Management (ICSSSM 2025), published in the esteemed series Advances in Social Science, Education and Humanities Research. It was hosted and organized by The Assam Royal Global University (RGU), in collaboration with GR Foundation and supported by leading academic institutions like Arya Vidyapeeth College, Morigaon College, Paschim Guwahati Mahavidyalaya and industry partners, ICSSSM 2025 was held from 6-8 November 2025 in hybrid mode. This volume reflects the collective intellectual efforts of scholars, practitioners, and innovators who have contributed original research exploring the transformative role of smart systems in shaping contemporary social structures, institutional practices, and human development. The ICSSSM 2025 conference was conceived as a multidisciplinary platform to address the growing interplay between technology-driven systems and societal needs. As nations worldwide advance toward digital ecosystems, the demand for intelligent, inclusive, and sustainable solutions has become more pressing than ever. Responding to this need, ICSSSM 2025 brought together leading voices from academia, industry, government organisations, and research institutions to share insights, debate emerging issues, and propose pathways that harmonise technological progress with social well-being. The contributions included in this volume cover a wide spectrum of themes ranging from smart governance, digital libraries, artificial intelligence applications, data analytics, and automation, to emerging practices in education, community development, public services, and organisational management. Each paper underwent a rigorous blind peer-review process, ensuring that only research of high academic merit and relevance found its place in this publication.
