Abstract

Harness is the very important component of vehicles, there are many technologies about the quality control of harness cable crimping in the terminal. This thesis proposes a crimping quality issue happened in the instrument panel (IP) harness, using FTA and 5Whys to analyze the root cause and make the effective action plans.
