Development of a Framework for AI Literacy Among Vocational Students: A Delphi Study

- Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy occupies an increasingly prominent strategic position in talent cultivation and serves as a critical enabler for cultivating high-quality talent in the new era. The study extracted the main AI literacy framework of vocational college students through literature research. Based on this, a questionnaire was designed and 16 experts were selected for three rounds of opinion solicitation using the Delphi study. An AI literacy frame-work for vocational college students was developed, including 5 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators. Based on the characteristics of industries, sectors, and academic disciplines, and informed by the literacy framework and student interviews, this study puts forward suggestions for cultivating AI literacy, offering a theoretical basis and practical reference for talent cultivation reform in vocational colleges.
