- Abstract
Based on attachment theory, this paper categorizes class teacher leadership in higher vocational colleges into three typical types: secure, avoidant, and anxious. It systematically elaborates on the core characteristics, behavioral manifestations, and impacts of each type on student development. For each of the three types, practical and quantifiable enhancement strategies are proposed. The study demonstrates that through systematic behavioral interventions and institutional support, guiding class teachers toward the transformation to secure leadership can effectively enhance class teacher leadership effectiveness and empower the quality of education.
