Abstract

Research travel has become an important form of primary and secondary education, and research tutors play a vital role. Based on interviews with research tutors, tourism enterprises, students involved in research and some experts and scholars in this field, this paper discusses the qualities that research tutors should possess from three dimensions: character-knowledge-ability, pre-research, research and post-research.
