Abstract

Based on the theory of three-dimensional potential flow and considering the combined wind-wave, the motion response and tendon tension response of Tension leg platform with different pretension and number of tendons are studied by AQWA software. The results from analysis can provide some reference value for the construction of the TLP in the South China sea.
