Abstract

the real-time remote monitoring shows the working status of trap in steam pipe network, and provides data for maintenance of trap in steam pipe network. based on the research of the steam trap’s characteristics and working principle, the remote monitoring system of steam trap is built. The practical application shows that the system has realized the remote monitoring, achieving the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction, and ensure the safety of pipeline equipment.
