Abstract

This Intelligent video surveillance has been widely used in video surveillance environment, the traditional intelligent video surveillance algorithm has problem is that it is mainly for the static environment. It is can't detect the moving object in moving doom.So a new algorithm is proposed to expand the doom detect range by combine the moving detect algorithm with image registration algorithm. In the experiments, the algorithm can effectively expand the monitoring scene which can use in many circumvent.
