Website: https://incitest.unikom.ac.id/ We are delighted to share that a total of 113 papers have been submitted to this year’s INCITEST, reflecting the ongoing strength of collaboration, research enthusiasm, and shared commitment within our academic community. INCITEST 2025 is held fully onsite in Bandung, and we sincerely appreciate the enthusiasm and strong participation shown by all attendees. This year’s theme, “Emerging Technology for Sustainable Development,” reflects our shared commitment to exploring how technological advancements can support sustainable solutions, accelerate innovation, and create long-term positive impact for both society and industry. The conference showcases diverse presentation formats, including keynote sessions and oral presentations, and selected papers will have the opportunity to be published through our esteemed publication partner, Atlantis Press. We express our sincere appreciation to all distinguished guests, colleagues, and researchers. Our deepest gratitude is especially extended to the Rector of UNIKOM, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Eddy Soeryanto Soegoto, MT, along with UNIKOM’s top leadership, esteemed keynote speakers, co-host institutions, and all participating presenters and attendees. We are also grateful for the collaboration and support of our conference co-hosts, including Van Hien University (Vietnam), Chiang Mai University (Thailand), INTI International University (Malaysia), Taylor’s University (Malaysia), Chirchiq Davlat Pedagogika Universiteti (Uzbekistan), Sarbon Universiteti (Uzbekistan), and the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (Japan). Their partnership, commitment, and shared vision have played a significant role in the successful execution of this conference. INCITEST 2025 encourages all presenters to engage actively in meaningful discussions throughout the sessions and to make the most of this opportunity to exchange insights, connect, and learn from one another. We sincerely hope that this international conference serves as a valuable platform for researchers and scholars to present their latest findings, while also strengthening collaboration between practitioners and experts across the fields of informatics, engineering, science, and technology.
