Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of consumers satisfaction (Attributes Related to The Product, Attributes Related to Service, and Attributes Related to Purchase) on Repurchase Intention in Pink Jaya Tofu Factory in Kupang City. The type of research is quantitative. The population in this study involves consumers of Pink Jaya Tofu Factory in Kupang City. Sampling technique is accidental sampling, with sample of 96 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that variable Attributes Related to The Product and Attributes Related to Purchase have a significant influence on Repurchase Intention in Pink Jaya Tofu Factory in Kupang City. While, Attributes Related to Service has no significant influence on Repurchase Intention in Pink Jaya Tofu Factory in Kupang City. The simultaneous test results in this study revealed that all variables affect Repurchase Intention in Pink Jaya Tofu Factory in Kupang City.
